(Santo Domingo, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Daniel de los Rios, LATAM Head of Marketing, Commercial & Account Management at Amusnet, explains the company's main challenges in the Latin American market and shares his impressions about the latest edition of GAT Showcase Santo Domingo.

The strengthening of Amusnet in the gambling market in South America and the Caribbean seemed like a good topic to start this interview. In this sense, Daniel de los Rios, LATAM Head of Marketing, Commercial & Account Management, explained, “At Amusnet, we are focused on growing in the Latin American market, which is why the Dominican Republic is one of our great expansion objectives. We already have a presence in the country and aspire to cover the entire territory."
Regarding the challenges the company currently faces in the local market, he tells us, "The biggest challenge is supporting operators in regulation. At Amusnet, we maintain a strong Compliance department that continually adjusts to legal requirements, as evidenced by our track record in various countries, including LATAM and across the globe.”
Without a doubt, in a constantly evolving games of chance market, technology plays a central role. In this sense, he tells us that “As game providers, it is crucial to keep up to date with market demands since technology is a key factor in our industry. New demands, needs, and offers constantly arise. At events like these, we always discover innovations to implement in our operations.”

What was the presentation or feature that impressed you the most at GAT?
The conferences regarding regulation were a great contribution to us, given the current situation in the country.
Finally, How do you value the interaction between suppliers and local companies in an event of this type?
This direct engagement facilitates open communication, encourages collaboration, and enables suppliers to tailor their offerings to better serve the local market. Overall, these networking events enhance the ecosystem for all stakeholders involved, driving innovation and improving overall business outcomes.
